One step ahead of the bloggers, Stephen Colbert outed himself on tonight's Daily Show.

As well as being grandson of Adolf, he supported himself through college by being a drug-mule, and killing a panda (Ling-Ling?) during a bender and eating it.

He says it was "Delicious".

Was it on the daily show?
(If so, I'll see it tomorrow)

They've been brilliant recently. The last This Week in God was close to giving me an asthma attack.

Meh, I just canceled my Daily Show Season Pass. I never seem to get around to watching it anymore.

I saved this episode. I might rewatch it tonight :) even the interview was pretty funny -- ordinarily, whenever they interview a celeb, it tends to suck.

Only when they take themselves too seriously. In those cases Jon will either let them talk or just rip into them. The later is more interesting.:D

i have to agree...unless im actually interested in their project...or they are interesting people (ie: dont just talk about their crappy new movie. last night, for example...that movie looks hideous. but lets talk about perfume!)
i guess since they keep switching between interesting political people and stars, its just much more interesting to see the host interact with political folks. almost always funny.

i would also like to add that its a great thing that the show isnt live at 11 (or whatever, late night time) because i couldnt imagine how many of those stars would show up s-faced.

The interview with Eric Idle the other night was hillarious, I don't think Eric said one serious thing the entire time.

Yeah, Eric Idle is awesome. It's a shame that not alot of people know who he is. I'm interested in checking out that book he's selling too.

I remember one from a couple years ago where Colbert just lost it and was crying he was laughing so hard.

Really one of the funniest things I had ever seen.

Just watched it (recorded it last night). I haven't laughed like this for some time. Steven was just incredible, and Jon too.

Yea I watched the episode this thread is about last night as well and I must say the funniest thing about the Ted Hitler skit was they seriously couldn't look at each other without cracking up. I find it hillarious what they do to try to maintain the straight face.
