I use the 91 octane for the most part (my bike requires 87) because i find there is reserve power and lower vibrations with higher octane.. plus its a difference of 30 cents max.. cause i fill up not more than 2.xx gallons at a time.

mm.... well texaco and chevron merged. so what's going to become of chevron? or is this buyout you speak of part of the agreement where texaco would exit joint ventures with shell?
