As long as the sensor stuff works properly that is fine with me. The less stuff I have to make contact with in a bathroom the better![]()
In terms of sensors & looping back to the smart-fridge discussion, I am curious to see how Amazon plays their long game. They opened that contactless store of sorts, with cameras & scales for everything...I wonder if, at some point, they'll release their own smart refrigerator that also has Amazon Prime Same-Day Fridge Restock or something like that. iirc Walmart was testing in-kitchen delivery, where the delivery person actually puts all of your food away for you (the part I hate the most about grocery shopping! lol), and especially since they're getting into the meal-kit business, that would potentially be a pretty awesome setup. Like if you are average weekly grocery bill is $125, you could just pay Amazon $500 a month to keep your fridge stocked with weekly deliveries, so that every time you open up your fridge or pantry, it's full of snacks you like & meals that are ready to assemble easily. Dang, that sounds awesome actually, lol.
