Techno music called "Fanesia" ? Anyone hear of this?

This delivery guy was listening to some cool music that sounded almost like it was from a LOTR soundtrack, a bit classical too. I asked him about it and he said it's "Fanesia" (Fehn-E-Shuh) not sure how to spell it, and he asked me if i liked techno. So I assume it's techno, it was very slow though.

I searched the web and can't find ANYTHING maybe cause i am spelling it wrong. Any help?

Phoenecia produces some beautiful, strange, sophisticated techno music in a wide variety of tempos and moods.

If you do a search on mp3.com for Phoenicia, you'll find that they're not listed, but there are three artists that list their music as similar. I listened to a couple of them, and while they're not my cup of tea, you might like it.. It's definitely worth a shot.
