The Athlon has an Open-Drain businterface.
The T-Birg has a Push-Pull businterface due to a higher FSB which wont work with an Open-Drain businterface

TYPO!...
One of the reasons it does work for some on the KA7 is that ABIT included CPU drive and pullup options in the RY bios. And luck :)

Personally, I'd be shocked if a Tbird work on a BX board of ANY type!

WTF?!?!?!?! Hardware... man you've lost it.

First you post all this stuff about how it's "official" that a T-bird wont run on a KX-133. Well NO DUH! AMD and VIA stated that. They run on the KT-133.

Now you're trying to explain how a T-Bird wont run on an Overclocked Intel Chipset?!

Man, I don't even think you understand what the hell you are even posting most of the time... Where do you get your information?

i think you'd really have a hard time using an athlon w/ a chipset designed for P2/P3's...

also ppl have already gotten the T-bird working on KX133 boards... not all of them work flawlessly... but they can and do work...

mod... this guys worse then GUTB and fkloster combined(at least they actually know what their talking about somewhat)... please ban him

I think that's all the reason I need to disregard this post ;)

Edit your post Hardware. :)

Don't worry, brain farts happen all the time. Hell I'm the king of typos.
