not sure if this is a hot deal but for cheap technical books go to bookpool

8.97 from resellers ratings.

they ship fast too, they are east coast, im west, i do 2 day fedex, i get it next day. =)

thanks a lot! They had a great resource section for MCSE vs. MCSA and also comparisons for win2k3 & win2k exams. Even though I already ordered all my MCSE, CCNA, A+, and Security+ books off of ebay and amazon resellers. Bookpool.com had similar prices. Thumbs up to you my friend!

Cool, tho this website has been brought up several times in this forum already, but it is good to be reminded when I am thinking of buying some books.

I've been buying from bookpool.com for years. They have *always* been cheaper then amazon.com on every book I've ever looked up there. Their service is great and their shipping is fast, great great place. I've been telling all my friends about them ever since I found them

Funny, I just ordered 3 books from them on Friday:

Exam Cram Security+
TYS Dreamweaver MX in 24 hours
TYS Flash MX in 24 hours.

Best prices by far!

During the Office launch, they asked for oohs and ahhs from the audience. When they mentioned tightening security they got several.
Heh heh, I got in on the 2 free beta tests.. If I pass, there will be at least one Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (tm) offering/advocating linux. 🙂

You may also want to try Campusi It searches several book stores including Canada and the UK. I just did a search for one of my VB books and Bookpool was in the list (where I originally bought it.)

ouch, I think I stick to the book store, and buy them used, sometimes the used ones are in new shape and are still half that. nice prices for new books though (I'm just cheap I guess 😉)

Microsoft is where the money's at, dude. Everyone's using it, so they'll need people to support it. =]
