My computer is driving me crazy.

I have an AMD 1200 running on a MSI k7t-266 that I custom built myself. The setup is a year old and I have never had a problem with it. Last week my computer crashed (the first time in a year!) and then failed to reboot after repeated attempts. I ripped open the case and the diagnostic LED?s on the motherboard pointed to a memory failure (256 pc2100 kingston ddr).
The next day I tired to start my computer again and it successfully booted. Everything was fine for about an hour and then it crashed again. Once again I could not reboot and the LED said it was a memory failure.
Yesterday I replaced this memory and thought all was well. However after about an hour of flawless running the computer locked up. Again with the same memory warning from the diagnostic lights when I tried to reboot.
Anyone have any ideas what my problem could be?

Thanks in Advance,
Matt

Hmm...all my fans are working...3 case and the one one heatsink. I think the motherboard is messed...now I boot my system it asks to instal the raid drivers.
