Technaxx USB Video Grabber S-video-In???

I recently bought Technaxx USB Video Grabber (from VHS to DVD).
I managed to get the SCART cable to work (Audio-In, CVBS-out) but there seems to be a problem with S-video in. I have no idea where does it go. I tried connect it to video card - but there's the exact same end (female) as is on cable from Grabber.

Does anyone knows, where does the S-video-in go?

Are you certain that is the S-Video out on the video card? Many older video cards have a mini-DIN connector (same connector style as S-Video) that actually outputs different video and audio formats in the form of a breakout box, like this:

What are you trying to connect up? Connections to your computer are supposed to be from the USB port on the box unless you have some sort of video input on your graphics card.
