Does GNU or Open Source programs allow semi-commercial use in it's EULA?
Here is the situation. We have a large number of field reps with digi-cams in the field. Normally we have been purchasing picture it or other apps to allow them to edit photos (resize, crop, very simple editing). Anyway, they want to move to a single app and single platform to train on.
Of course they want to use something free or built in if possible, but with a network ranging from win9x machines up to XP, you need something semi-cross platform. I prefer Irfanview but we really can't legally do it under it's EULA because we are not a education or home user.
Any ideas?
