is it high enough and angled enough to produce functional downforce at speed?

Adjustable, has a steeper rake/AoA than both the turbo wing and the GT wing.

Turbo wing makes ~20lbs at top speed, ~13lbs at 70mph. GT2 wing makes 16.6lbs at 120mph and about 40lbs at top speed. I'm guessing at the steepest setting you can probably get ~20lbs in on the back

Don't do it!
Wing on anything but a turbo/GT2/GT3 looks wrong.
Also, more rear downforce is probably the last thing a 4S needs.
That wing is mounted so far out back, it might even induced additional understeer at speed, if it is functional, by lifting the front.
Put the money towards an aero front bumper instead.

plus, the top two pictures show cars with the OEM-spoiler present. Not sure how it weill look without that. Or is it a double decker affair, that replaces the entire engine cover?

all op has to do is add a front splitter to balance out the additional downforce in the rear :D

Err my car is the same exact thing as a turbo, sans the actual turbos. Same suspension, shocks, springs, brakes and front aero.

And year, it replaces the whole deck.

I think it looks good with or without the wing. Sorry for the lack of useful input :)

I like it, and if it is something that not many have, it's a bonus.

if you are looking for style points, go for it. if you are looking for track handling, I would invest in a front bumper or other things first.

Will it remove the red "light" (is it a light or just a reflector?) that gives it the full width taillight look? If so then no. If it doesn't then eh.
