A man just called for tech support (though his account was under the no tech-support rate....but I'm not doing anything else), the problem was that he's got the worst stutter I have ever heard. I really really tried to understand him, and troubleshoot what I could. In the end, though, I had to pull out the no-tech-support-rate-card because I just couldn't get anywhere. I feel so bad about it.
Any of you other tech-supporters have experiences like this?
