Customer: Hi, I'm having trouble with my computer
Me: Alright, how may I help you?
Customer: I was playing WoW, and then i smashed some keys by accident, and the game started going crazy and getting errors. I pressed ctr-alt-del, and closed it. Now I'm getting some weird openGL error saying it can't load. Is my computer dead? Do I need to reinstall OS or directX or something?
Me: Have you tried rebooting your computer?
Customer: no, I'll try that
