Tech support interview on Friday...may need some Mac knowledge

I have an interview for a part-time tech support job on my school's campus this Friday. It's mostly PC based, but I may need a bit of OS X knowledge as well. Is there anything in particular I should know? Like short-cuts, or anything ya'all can think of?
 
You could also hijack a computer for a while at an Apple store or possibly BestBuy/etc with an Apple section. If you know your way around a PC pretty well simply 'figuring stuff out' isn't a far stretch.
