Recently sold some gear in the fs/ft forum and of corse i stupidly assumed the guy i was dealing with had an idea of how things worked and would do any research on his own to get his setup to adjust to my gear. So i spent the next 3 days giving him "tech support" taking him step by step through the process of how to go about the setup and finally got it working. Looking back though this was a total bish for me to do. It wasted my time and was annoying as heck. Recently i had to tell another guy i wouldn't sell to him just plain and simply it sounded like he had no clue what he was getting himself into (he wanted me to explain paypal to him) and i didn't want him to come crying to me when he couldn't get stuff to work.
Anyone else experiencing this?
Anyone else as frustrated as i am with the noobs expecting us to be full service tech support people? :|
Anybody else as pissed that people wont take the time to learn on their own and expect someone else to do it for them? :disgust:
