2 pages is fine if you have a lot of content that you want to put on there.
And as BFC said above, put work experience before technical skills.
But the real secret to landing a good job is to tailor your resume according to job postings that you see and want to apply for. Also I cannot stress enough that a cover letter is a must.

Should I only put "relevant" experience or all of them?
For example if I am applying for a software developer job but I also did tech support before, should I put it on?
