I ready to take my next step in the IT world. I have a few questions, though.

1.) I need a really professional resume for IT companies. Anyone have any templates or suggestions?

2.) Any tips for the resume and cover letter?

3.) What type of "follow-up" procedure, if any, would you recommend after I have sent the resume.

4.) Any job openings in Ontario, Canada that anyone knows of? Companies hiring? Found a few interesting prospects on some of the job search sites.

5.) If I did a computer science program, but have yet to finish it, should I list it on my resume? If I do, what would be the best thing to say -- instead of saying "it wasn`t what I thought it would be."

that was a good thread. I liked the tip of *customizing* your resume for each specific company. So if you are applying to several companies, you should have several resumes. Makes sense.
