Hey IT guys,
I am on a technology innovation committee at my workplace, and we are part of a much larger organization that works on increasing technology business in NC. We are looking for new strategies for this year, including broadband stuff, tax incetives, etc. that we would like to present to our state government. I am writing the draft for "incubators" - small organizations that work to develop business in specific areas. I am not only reviewing past incubators but am also putting together a good list of ideas for incubators.
so, those of you in IT - do you have any good examples of initiatives your state has taken? Do any of you have intimate knowledge of incubators and what makes a good/bad idea? Let me know what you all think
