Tech CEO Gets No Jail For Beating Girlfriend 117 Times - Affluenza?

Gurbaksh Chahal, a tech mogul in the Bay Area, was charged with several felony counts of domestic violence late last year for thrashing his girlfriend for apparently cheating on him.

He plead guilty but got off with probation and community service!

Is this another case of "affluenza" like that dumbass in Texas (although that guy killed 4 people)?

Really surprised he got NO jail time at all. Guess he got the 'onegina' disease that took over his senses when he went postal on his gf.

What do you guys think? Justice is... strange is it not?
