Tear down question concerning a dell box

So years back I bought a dell box system for my son. it's an e4500 and I happen to have an extra board for that processor. Is it possible to part out the dell? The board is an ECS board and I have a spare 8800gt laying around, so I figured a case and a new psu and I'd be moving in the right direction.

Yes, CPU is standard, you can use it in whatever board.
