Teamspeak problem: Image included

open up Control Panel and go to Sounds and Audio Devices. in the Audio tab, does it show your audio card correctly for both playback and recording?

 
if you choose the correct one then it should work. unless nothing is shown which means you have a driver problem. if this is what happens, reinstalling your sound card driver should fix it.
 
I feared that, I'm asking the general software people about "how I can see my rig info". I don't know if you have any idea how to bring that up in "run". It's not msconfig
