Teamspeak on dial up?

Guild Wars is coming out next month and I am thinking about downloading teamspeak. It's a small miracle the Guild Wars runs fine on dial up, but will I be able to use Teamspeak too? Does it eat up too much bandwidth? Sadly phone lines in my area are not even 56k compliant, so I only get 28.8.
 
I think it'll work but you'll need to use a server that allows you to create rooms. You'll have to select a very low bandwidth codec when you create that room. Our flight squadron had a guy in New Zealand on dial up. He was mostly fine on our Teamspeak server.
