The teamgundogs setiqueue is currently offline, for system and software upgrades. This outage is expected to last for 24 hours, due to testing and making sure everything went ok. Adding a hardware raid 5 scsi array with 128meg controller and upgrading the OS.

System specs: AMD XP2100+, 512 Megs PC2700, ATI Radeon 64meg, dual nic's, 110 Gigs Scsi array.
OS: Microsoft Windows SBS 2003 Premium Edition.
Apps: Setiqueue, Teamspeak2 (backup for the team server).
Games: Delta Force EXP2, Delta Force2, Delta Force BHD/TS, Battlefield1942, DC, DCX, EOD, Battlefield Vietnam, Ghost Recon, Operation Flashpoint, Call of Duty and Medal of Honor. (of course only one game at a time)

This will be a clean install, but have backed up the webserver and setiqueue server. The web/game server should be more robust, the OS and programs will be on the scsi array whereas it was on an older IDE drive.

It sounds like he was talking about game servers, not actually playing the games on that machine 🙂

Hehe, don't read the entire OP. Just skim the specs and post. That's about what I usually do. 😉

As a Unix guy, I must say that Windows 2k3 isn't bad.
