Waaaaaaaaaaaaaay back when, CB was going to be a short little project with a quick ending goal of setting a world's record for the largest distributed chess game or something like that (If I remember correctly)

Has this goal changed or just moved to a later date?

Insidious,

It's been said that we could set the record any time that we want. However, the project leader doesn't want to set the record playing just any old body, he wans to play a grand master. However, he's been unable to find a grand master who will play for free. So, the world record attempt is on hold for the time being.
