Anyone know anything about this organization or involved with it?

I was approaced about joining this "club" and I don't totally understand what the deal is with it, besides they want me to pay $750 to join for 2 years, or 2k for lifetime membership.

Is this a scam? or something I should look into?
 
This is the place

There supposed to get you better deals on cars, jewelry, and your phone bill etc. And if you get 2 other people to sign up sopposidly you start getting a check for their production. I don't understand how it all works, I think mostly the people that sign you up start making the bones, and you get the short end of the stick, but I don't really know. That's why I'm looking for info.
