I've been stuck at 59.989998 for days......... along with about half our team.

I don't really understand this number. If all of our folds are randomly selected, how can it be
that so many of us have the exact same result (to 6 decimal places)?

It's basically what the purpose of the project is. Pseudo-energy (RMSD once the CASP5 contest is over) is a measure of how good your fold is. A better fold is better for the project. It's like... um... finding a good gaussian spike (or whatever you folks are looking for 🙂 ) in SETI.

Congrats to Robor. It's great to see the teAm so well-represented in the top 10 stats. Soon, we'll be in the top ten for total structures as well! 😎
