Data Files are Updated! 😀

Team AnandTech vs DSLR Team Starfire Race Standings + Lookout #10
*Due the loss of Nothlit's 30-Minute Chart I've decided to update this as often as possible - You might want to create a shortcut. We can also use this to monitor our mission to catch the French😉

Attention: Internet Explorer 6.0 Users
There is a display problem when using IE 6.0. My reports are created using MS Office XP software. Viewing the web pages generated by MS Excel 2002 and Front Page 2002 with Internet Explorer 6.0 cause some rows to completely disappear and then distort the borders on some of the rows that do appear. I recently upgraded (again) to IE 6.0 to see if the problem had been fixed by Microsoft. The situation remains as previously reported. I have personally uninstalled IE 6.0 returning once again to IE 5.5 and the reports looks crystal clear with "no" deformations or lost rows. I am truly sorry for the way these reports appear to those of you using IE 6.0. Next time I run into Bill G., I'll tell him about it. 😉

***Commentary***

The Top 25 World Team Analysis is showing The French to be further away than many of us first thougt. We have actually lost ground to them as indicated by the Combo Race w/DSLR & Lookout #10 Table that I update at various random times throughout the day.

Our membership is still climbing but at a reduced rate from the past few weeks...which was unsustainable IMHO. The other forums had not been recruited since the 1st Race with DSLR that was cut short by 911 and therefore we had many "new" prospects. We have pretty much beat the bushes as hard as we can and the prospects are going to come a little more slowly. The number of visitors to the AnandTech website is tied to new products and new developments in the industry...and will also be reflected in our recruiting.

We will lose the ability to recruit in the other forums when the current race with DSLR ends on February 28th. Due to complaints received in the other forums the AnandTech Moderators will no longer allow us the "one" recruiting thread in each forum as they have been allowing for the race. I have constructed in an "offsite" location a Recruiting Message to AnandTech Forum Members and Visitors. It can be accessed by the link you are starting to see in many of our teammate's sig lines. I would like to encourage each of you to adopt this sig which will be our silent recruiting tool as we roam throughout the AnandTech Forums.

I hope you all enjoy the reports I put forth each day. 🙂

Hey with this subsciption I should be able to have a bigger Sig area.

I agree. Sounds like a good topic in Forum Issues. 😉

Thanks to Smokeball who has been answering my PM's all day helping me get SetiQ running on my network!! Great Anandtech'er!! Soon I'll have Seti@home in my sig!!
