Five eggs!

Pros: - Good Speeds (see below)
- Inexpensive
- Cap can be place on the end of the stick when in use

Cons: - None so far

Other Thoughts: - USB 3.0 speeds were 115 mb/s read, 40 mb/s write
- USB 2.0 speeds were 24 mb/s read, 21 mb/s write

- I tested the speeds with a program called Check Flash

I'm happy with this product and would recommend it.

I'm in for five. Seems reliable enough, and pretty speedy compared to most USB2.0 flash drives.

Edit: Back in stock

Edit: Red & White version now on sale.

+ 20% off w/ promo code EMCXSWP62, ends 4/18

$16.79 FS

Edit: For the grey ones (the first ones on sale), I was getting 9.5MB/sec write speeds, with USB2.0. A far cry from the 21MB/sec mentioned in the Newegg review above.

Team 32GB USB 3.0 flash drive? It is not good news for me. You know, I have got a SanDisk 32GB flash drive $16.99 on bestbuy but not 3.0. Unhappy!

I have this drive, and its speed is definitely not what you have posted. My write speed on USB 3.0 is only around 15 mb/s.

Do us a favor? Go to vconsole.com , download their free software "USB flash drive tester". Install it.

Back up everything on the flash drive to somewhere else.

Then do a full write/read test on the flash drive, and tell us what the average write and average read speed is, for the entire drive. (May take an hour or two.)

You will have to remove, re-plug, and then re-format the drive afterwards, as the testing program wipes out everything on the drive. (Good tool to use to erase USB flash drives too.)

Then you can copy back the contents of your flash drive.

Edit: Mine arrived, and I am testing one on USB2.0. Write speeds are hovering around 9.5MB/sec. Not very impressive. Quite frankly, I was going by that Newegg review that I posted, and I'm disappointed.

I also received an Adata S102 Pro 16GB USB3.0 drive, and that one tests out to something like 15MB/sec write speed on USB2.0.

im going to DL that utility and test it in a second but im currently copying 28 gigs to one of them (20ish 1.5 GB files) and its only running at 18.4 MB/Sec

write speed over USB 3 (using an intel controller and an NEC) is 15-17mb/s, read is 75+/-, still the fastest thumb drive I have and it was cheap.
