I want to learn how to speak Punjabi.....

my woman is Punjabi and I only know the bad words. hahahahaha

What is the best, most secret way I can learn it? Also the cheapest too. I am a wanna-be Ferengi.

And another question, is Punjabi or Hindi better to learn?

UNCJigga & MaDd InDIAN, help me out!!

This one Punjabi dude said something about 'rubb rubb' once and I was like "Bubb Rubb?? That ghetto hooptie ass from Oakland with 'tha whistle goes WOOOOOO!!?? That's a crazy video man!" and then he smacked me saying I insulted God or something like that...

Learn how to Bhangra first, shake those shoulders and you'll definitely impress her.

LOL!

I'm Guju myself so I don't speak Punjabi but I understand a bit since my friends speak it a lot.

Your best bet is to just pick it up from your girl and other Punjabi friends. Tell her to teach you and speak to you in the language, you'll learn the basic words and then build up from there.

Also say "Balle! Balle!" really loud..hehe.

Oh and here's a good Bhangra song to listen to: "Aish Karo"

Im sure it would be easyer to learn hindi since its a more popular language. As far as i know a lot of indian languages stem from hindi so a lot of punjabi words will be very similar. If u can speak and understand hindi i bet u could more or less understand punjabi with a little practice. Goto an indian store and pickup a India Times magazine and look in the back theres usualy people giving classes or selling cds to learn to speak...
