Teaching a woman to throw a football

Man...I'm proud of her. She's never tossed ever. Sitting inside I bark "ready hands!!!" and we play hot potato for about 30 minutes so she gets an idea of what the ball feels like.

Hands out, catching everything. Go outside..."ready hands!!!", she catches everything.
From there she's tossing damn good.

MAN, it feels good to toss a football again. Just holding it in your hands feels good.

meh, I'm just impressed she can deal with the size of the ball. Much less trrowing it very well in such a short amount of time.

NFL ball. Gonna have to get a smaller ball for her, but boy does she have good hands.

And keep the minds out of the gutter. I forgot how good it felt to toss a ball. she even expounded about how good the ball felt in her hands.
