Its easy. First just start out with observing things. Keep it low key. Figure out how the place works, who hates who, notice what people talk about in the break room. Then when your ready just smile a lot and agree with everyone, though not in front of everyone. Compliment people on what they seem the most concerned about (bosses always looking in the mirro? stressed about assignment X) and your money baby, money......ugh now I remeber why I got out of the whole office thing.
