Alrighty, my first Hot Deal post and this may be only a warm deal.

CompUSA has a Teac 4x4x32 CD-RW for 129.99 and a $30.00 MIR. Total price before tax, $99.99.

Includes cables, software and 2 blank CD's.

The drive in the picture is Hi-Val, but when I asked about it, the Cust. Serv. guy said it was a Teac.

I did a quick search and didn't find this but, please, if you must flame me, I think I look my best at medium rare.

Have SaF 4x4x32 which is TEAC drive (Teac sticker on it) - works fine, no coasters.
Using Imation 8x and PNY 12x media.Supported by Adaptec and Nero.
Any way it is much faster than my old Memorex 2x2x6.
