I fukkin luv American politics, its so much more entertaining than anywhere else.

Of course I probably wouldn't find it so fun if I lived there and had to put up with the consequences, but still, you guys know how to bring the crazy.

It would be better if things were like Asian countries and former Soviet states where they got in to fist fights in Parliament.

Here we just have to listen to morons like Spidey spew ignorance and pretend that somehow their irrational, and very skewed worldview is somehow "mainstream".

When the Tea Party forms their own political party get back to us Spidey. See how "mainstream" they are then...

They aren't going to form their own political party because all they are is the far right of the existing republican party. Take O'Donnell, for example. She favors criminalizing abortion, even in cases of rape and incest. She's no libertarian; she's a straight up, hard linesocially conservative republican, like virtually all the "tea party" candidates.

Maybe the real question is, will the tea party even be around come 2012? After all, the tea party has no platform, no organization, no real definition, so what is the tea party.

But much like the party of H. Ross Perot and his voodoo stick, the tea party thrives on free floating anxiety. But still, some but certainly not all will win in the general election. And may be difficult for autocratic leaders like McConnell and Boehner to cat herd into the sheepish lock step adherence formerly enjoyed by the GOP.

But sooner or later someone, a latter day Pat Buchanan, will hijack the tea party, and thereafter, the tea party will cease to exist. Meanwhile, the tea party is forcing the GOP too far to the right.

I'm going to LMAO when the Republican folks who fall for the Teabag Party's lines find out that their candidates are no better or different than the rest of the pack...
The entire political machine in this country is broken...FUBAR, and controlled by the big money...they only let us peons THINK we are a part of it all...

Why doesn't the republican candidate just pull a lieberman and run as an independent?

The Democrats in Delaware are having a good laugh at the election result.
That's exactly just what they were praying for.

It would be interesting if this "Tea Party" movement leads to Democrats keeping their seats in Nevada and Delaware.

Dreamer. My wife who has never voted outside dem party . Won't vote dem . My dad a hard dem won't vote dem . No one I know will vote dem . I live in a dem state. No one wants dems in power none.

As I've said before, I think the Tea Party has some noble causes like wanting fiscal conservatism, smaller government, protecting individual liberty, however, when they embrace someone like Sarah Palin as a figurehead I cannot take the movement seriously -- the same as Glenn Beck's rally -- since it is orchestrated by a political entertainer for their own benefit.

Maybe something good will come of it long term if the two parties listen and adopt the more positive aspects of the movement.

That's the way I see it. I'm sure many of them have their heart in the right place, but their head is getting it all wrong.

Career politicians are bad-but career candidates are good? Her former campaign manager says O'Donnell was living off of campaign contributions in her multiple prior unsuccessful races.

The REPUBLICAN PARTY was itself running robocalls against her before the primary-when was the last time you ever heard of a party ACTIVELY campaigning against one of it's own? This spectacle of the GOP eating its own is hardly reassuring to rational voters.

I wasn't commenting specifically on this particular candidate. I'm not familiar with her or her politics.

I was simply making the point that a politician's goal should not be to keep himself or herself in office may appeasing everyone, but rather to make the decisions that will lead to the best, strongest nation in the future even if it means he or she will certainly be voted out in the next term.

I'm ready. I'm doing so much more to take this country back from the likes of you. And you're scared. You're scared that my "crazy" of limited constitutional goverment will take this country back from those that thing like you and your entitlement mentality do. You're scared and I can taste it. Like the scent of an old dog that can't move because of fear of overwhelming superiority and presence, I can taste it. The finishing blow comes November 2.

Oh man...
Great stuff spidey keep it coming.

Wanna bet 500 bucks that she wins the general? I think you're severely underestimating how motivated people are to reject obama.

DEAL.

You are on, spidey.

We both put if up by paypal to be held by a mutually agreed upon third party.

In fact, why not make it an even thousand?

Don't weasel out, this is a done deal for $500 unless you want to make it a thousand!

We The People, of these United States are pissed off at the obama agenda. We have been exposed to a hard core radical marxist and have quickly seen what his ideology brings - massive unemployment, stagnation, the disdain for American exceptionalism and greatness. That fucker is going to be completely rendered useless come November 2 by The People. America is waking up, and she's waking up real quick. The big slumbering bear who's been poked into alertness, ready to pounce and defend what is rightfully his, the tax paying citizen, the working man trying to put food on the table for his family, they are WIDE AWAKE now as the very American way is threatened by the communist in charge.

You truly can smell the fear in leftists. They honestly believed they thought their radical ideas were what the people wanted, and now they're totally shocked at the outrage and strong motivation of The People. You can even feel the energy in the air when We The People gather and talk about what we MUST do come november. It's the feeling of victory over the enemy. Hell, even a lot of democrats in the house are now running from Obama's tax increase idea and motioning to extend all tax cuts. Talk about jumping from the sinking ship.

No democrat is running with Obama. His name, his arrogance and his entire agenda are toxic. 18 months of his shit have startled The People into action like no other. We see what you are obama, and we flatly, wholeheartedly reject it.
