TDK veloCD 12x10x32x: rebagged Plextor?

I've heard talk that the TDK veloCD Burners are actually Plextors. Can anyone give me some more information on this?

The difference is only in the software package that come with the drives.

it kicks BIONIC ASS! hehe, I just bought one too!

I was ripping MP3s to Audio CD the other night and it was a JOY to watch it in action!

Had a 4x burner that I upgraded from. Kinda like comparing a hatchet to a gas-powered, 140horsepower chainsaw!
