I've had the best luck with Fuji's so far, but if I could find TDK's for the same price, I'd trust them as much.

TDK has used at least two manufacturers. They do contract to high specifications.

Tanyo Yuden will say "Made in Japan". Those are supposed to be better.
Ritek and other Taiwanese manufacturers will obvoipusly say made in Taiwan or China ROC.

To my knowledge all the Fujis are made in Japan. Tanyo Yuden.

I'd get the Japanese ones.

I have an A05, and have been using RITEK G03s to much satisfaction.
club.cdfreaks.com has some HUGE threads about the A05, I would check them out if I were you.
Make sure you get the 2x write speed firmware hack that way u can write at 2x on 1x certified media.
Works great, trust me.

word of advice, dvd2one sucks, use pinnacle if you want a 1 button solution.
