I used to have one of these monitors (or very similar model, same brand).

PRO:
Very cheap price at TD.
Monitor was very heavy and felt like good quality.
Picture quality good, no bad pixels.
3 year warranty.

CON:
No cabling included besides VGA.
Monitor was very heavy (I hauled it to LAN parties) so both pro and con.
Windows detected this PnP monitor as capable of 1080p, so it was difficult to run it at native resolutions. I did originally, but tried some oddball HDTV-type resolutions and then afterwards Windows kept scaling the picture.

The quality and size is pretty hot for $159.
