tcpip on XP

How do I get TCPIP started on Windows XP Pro.

Trying to install software for speedtouch 510 v4 and it says TCPIP is not running.

Right Click on Network Neighborhood, Properties. Right click on Network Connection, Properties. Add TCP/IP as a protocol. I'm somewhat astonished it's not already there, there may be another issue.
