TCP/IP messed up

ok so windows XP says my TCP/IP are messed up, im pretty sure i just need to reinstall them, but when i try to use my XP disk, it asks for original disk that came with my computer, but i no longer have that. is there someway i can download it off the internet from this computer and take it over and redo it

i know alot about computers, i know it is nothing with the IP and such my network is running fine, but somehow ad-aware messed up my other comp....

First guess: try WinSockFix and see if that takes care of it.
