Seems that most all of the strategy games are geared for an IPX LAN.
So if I set up a BattleNet Server on one of my home machines I can use TCP/IP?? How does this work exactly?? As you can tell I haven't doene a lot of recent gaming.
Dude, you can use IPX/SPX on your LAN with that router. Since you're only using the switch part of the router (internal network) you'll be fine. I know, I play Racer using IPX/SPX on my LAN and use the Linksys router as a switch.
