TCP/IP filtering on win 2k server

I have a server providing the following services:

Web, Ftp, Terminal server (Just admin), DNS

What ports should I allow in the Advanced Tcp/ip settings ?
I can think of the following:
web: 80
Ftp: 21 (Do I also need 21 ?)
Terminal Server: 3389
DNS: 53

I also want to be able to send mail via ASP Scrips so do I also need port 25 ?

Any opther ports ?
