Dear Experts

My TCL TV U50E5691FDS doesn't have Netflix'S app and I whenever I connect to TCL App store to download Netflix it says network error although internet connection is working fine

I tried to follow instructions in the link below :

And download apk app to USB but when I connected USB to TV it didn't detect apk!!!!
