TCCD and TCC5 Memory

What's the difference? Suposedly the OCZ Plat REv. 2s have stopped using TCCD and started using TCC5. Is that a bad thing?

TCCD is phasing out, TCC5 is replace it.

From what I have read, TCC5 is as capable as TCCD

TCC5 is as capable if not more capable of lower timings then TCCD, I don't think OCZ would have switched if they didn't believe they were making an improvement.
