Hardware:
A7N8X (BIOS 1001E)
Athlon XP 2100+ (Thoroughbred B)
Coolermaster HHC-001 (heatpipe) CPU HS/FAN
Corsair XMS CAS2 PC3200 RAM

BOIS Settings:
180x13 = 2340MHz
CPU VCore = 1.80v
Memory = 2, 3, 3, 6 (CAS, RAS Precharge, RAS to CAS, Active Precharge)

This setup is completely stable.

I flashed to 1002A BIOS, and the same settings caused the system to reboot while running 3DMark.

This brings me to the question:
What A7N8X BIOS have you had the best success at with overclocking?
What settings are you using?
Are my memory settings ok?
Comments, Suggestions?

Thanks.:)

Personally, I like the 1002.A BIOS for overclocking... My multpiliers were locked with any of the 1001 BIOS revisions

What settings are you using?

See my sig for CPU settings... I have gotten it to run at 10 x 200, but it kept failing prime95... I still may experiment with RAM settings and such to see if I can do it again, because that was uber sweet...

Are my memory settings ok?

@ 180 FSB, you should be able to run that RAM at 2-2-2-5 without a hitch... 2-2-2-6 settings are based on running it at 200 FSB...

Comments, Suggestions?

Well, you could try upping the VCore to 1.85v (the max on the mobo)... You might want to try some multiplier manipulation to OC... If you don't seem to be stable at 180 FSB why not up the multipler, and lower the FSB a little bit...

Good luck, and above all else... Have fun :)
