TBred 1700+ heatsink recommendations under $20

I need a decent HS for my second machine to replace the stock HS. It's for a TBred 1700+ and I don't want to spend too much.

Are the Speeze HS made of copper, aluminum or combination?

my speeze falconrock is made of a combination of copper and aluminum

it's got a copper plug that is what makes contact w/ your core, then the rest of the HS is made of aluminum

I have a super nice Taisol cold forged HS that kept my old 1700+ cool. It has a decent 70mm fan, I'll sell it for $20 shipped.
