Tbird 900 retail box fan and heatsink-question

Do you think that the fan and heatsink that come in the retail box are ok if you are not going to overclock?

If AMD provides the fan and have longer warranty to back it up, I am sure there will be no problem at all ( up to 45C ambient though)
