Seems like a pretty good deal based on what I've seen at pricewatch. That is with a 1 year warranty and the shipping is very fair unlike many of the other pricewatch vendors. Several friends have dealt with axion before and are very happy with the service.

I have ordered from AxionTech in the past and always had good results. They are honest on the shipping in that they do not make a profit on shipping and they clearly state the handling fee and how it is calculated. I am about 1.5hrs from Houston (where Axion is located) and have always ordered UPS Ground shipping and generally when I would order before 10am, I would receive it the next day. I almost always by my cases from them in that they are close and also reasonable on shipping.

You can get a 1ghz tbird @ econopc.com for 171. No reason to pay 199 for 1 950.
as for motherboards, my recommendation.

Those who do: Abit Kt7 or kt7-raid

I have heard that the Kt7A-raid is around the corner and that it is worth waiting for over buying the kt7-raid...
it features the new kt-133a chipset, and will get like 5-10% higher performance than the old chipset putting it on par with current ddr amd solutions.
