Tbird 1.2ghz FSB 266mhz ("C" version) comes with factory unlocked?

Hi,
I have a question.
According to one of retail stores, they are selling two different types of Tbird 1.2ghz C version. They have AMD THUNDERBIRD 1200 MHZ/FSB@266 OEM SOCKET A and AMD THOUNDERBIRD 1200 MHZ/FSB@266 OEM SOCKET A (30 DAY WARR)-UNLOCK.
It's $12 different. Obviously AMD THOUNDERBIRD 1200 MHZ/FSB@266 OEM SOCKET A (30 DAY WARR)-UNLOCK is $12 more expensive than other.

I thought Tbird 1.2ghz FSB 266mhz ("C" version) comes with factory unlocked. Please correct me if i'm wrong.

nah, thats right. only one C version and it is factory unlocked. is the extra 12 bux for the warranty?

Just received my asus a7v133 and my 1.2 FSB 266. Processor was unlocked.
