She comes off as reserved. Probably prepares extremely well for her interviews and sticks to a script. Regardless, she seems very articulate and well spoken in the interviews of her I've seen.

I got free tickets to a Brad Paisley concert years ago and she opened for him and Kelley Pickler. Not sure if it was the guy on the soundboard or what, but you couldn't hear her voice...she gave an awful live performance.

Her mainstream studio work is better than a lot of other stuff on the radio. In other words, I wouldn't pay to see her show, but I don't mind hearing an occasional song by her on the radio.
