Hmm, makes no mention of him tossing the body... did he forget to do that ?
 
I don't have a ton of sympathy for the guy.... obviously he's just cancer to society when he's been arrested previously for drunken driving and hit and run cases.

That's not to say I don't feel sorry for his family and close ones that mourn his loss.
