I just made my purchase at www.staples.com on the tax software this is it:

1. Taxcut Deluxe $19.99
2. Versacheck 2001 CD $2.95 (Coupon XXXXX)
3. Bill Center Home 2000 $19.99 (Coupon XXXXX take $19.95 off)
4. MS Money 2001 $29.99 (Free after rebate)
5. IJ Paper $6.99 (just to get over $75.00)
6. Use coupon code XXXXX $25 off $75

Total paid with tax $30.03

There are 2 rebates:
1. MS Money $29.99
2. Taxcut State (Whatever you pay)

Total after rebates: $0.04

This is by far the best deal you can get.

Microsoft rebates come in about 3 weeks.
