I've been using this for the past 2 years and I didn't see it posted up for this year. Was continously nagged by my mom till I found it for my little brothers. Go figure... Well here it is:

What is the Intuit Tax Freedom Project?
Intuit Tax Freedom, a project of the Intuit Financial Freedom Foundation, is one of the ways Intuit gives back to the community. If you (and your spouse, if married) are eligible to claim the Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC) or earned $27,000 or less in adjusted gross income (that is, income after tax deductions), you can use the TurboTax for the Web 1040EZ or Basic product to prepare and file your federal and one state return at no cost.

What is the Earned Income Tax Credit?
The Earned Income Tax Credit (EIC) is a tax credit of up to $4,140 for taxpayers whose income from work is less than $33,178. The EIC increases any refund or reduces the amount of any tax due.

Generally, working taxpayers who meet all of the following qualifications qualify for the Earned Income Tax Credit (EIC):
Total income of less than:

$11,060 with no children, or
$29,201 with one child, or
$33,178 with more than one child
Investment income of less than $2,550
Do not file as married filing separate

Hope this helps all the last minute tax returners out here on AT.
